Rules & Policies

• Follow the scheduled rental start to rental ending times for your team.

• Rented space must be returned to its proper state, including balls, screens, bases, mounds, etc. once contracted time is completed. 

• Do not enter the room/tunnel areas until the start of your scheduled rental time.

• Be aware of the time and plan your workouts end with sufficient time for cleanup so the next group can start on schedule.

• Nation9 prohibits the use of tobacco, chewing gum or sunflower seeds.

• All available equipment can be signed out at the front desk.  There will be a charge for any equipment returned incomplete or damaged including baseballs, softballs, tees, and other equipment.

• Report any injuries to the staff immediately to fill out an incident form.

• Report any equipment that is not operating correctly.

• Keep all bags in the areas outside of the playing surface.

• No food or beverages allowed on the playing surface. All water bottles are to be kept outside of the netted area with player bags.

• Any person not on the turf must stay back from the nets at a safe distance.

• Players must be accompanied by their coach or trainer while in the facility.

• All players and coaches must adhere to the COVID-19 Policy and Guidelines.
